The National Horseracing Authority is presenting an Information Roadshow around the Country to Trainers and Veterinarians.

Canvass-3-Foal-smallThe first presentation was held at the NHA Head Office at Turffontein Racecourse on Monday.

The KwaZulu-Natal show will be held on Friday, 26 August at the Clubhouse, Summerveld Training Centre,at 11h00.

Kimberley will be held on Monday, 29 August at the Flamingo Park Racecourse, Kimberley at 10h00.

Western Cape will be held on Friday, 2 September 2016 at the Kenilworth Room, Kenilworth Racecourse, Cape Town, at 11h00.

Eastern Cape will be held on Tuesday, 6 September 2016 at the “Hear The Drums” Room, Fairview Racecourse, Port Elizabeth, at 14h00.

The New NHA Purpose – Managing Director

Consultation & Information on Rules, Fines, Race Day Operations, etc. – Racing Control Guidelines

Consultations & Information on Equine Welfare, e.g. 12 Day suspension rules, Retirement of Race horses, etc. – Chief Veterinarian

Consultation & Information on Screening Limits, Thresholds, Sensitivity Tests, etc. – Laboratory Director
