Aron Happy To Take July Ride On Hawwaam

Polished ride by a hungry pilot!

Aron Xabendlini chats to Deez Dayanand (Pic – Candiese Marnewick)

We probably don’t have enough Workriders races in KZN.

That’s judging by the quality of riding and positive result of the Scottsville first race on Wednesday.

Dean Kannemeyer’s workrider Aron Xabendlini stepped into the breach for the Mike de Kock yard and duly delivered the goods on What A Captain at 12-10.

His post-race interview must rank as the bright moment of the week – which includes an indication that he is looking for opportunities and would be happy to  ride Hawwaam in the July.

Enjoy the ride and the chirps in the interview with Deez…

We definitely need more of these races in KZN. Nice win, no doubt Aron is a character and popular amongst his mates. Well Done

    I love it.

  7. Brian says:

And he even suppressed a celebratory gesture. Had he done so racing would have come alive, people would have been happy.

How terrible! They’re certainly not a happy bunch in Australia are they.

Aron was the happiest thing to happen in racing since they banned the celebratory gesture and started on a course to fleece the jockey if he farted even though it was the horse

  8. Emmanuel says:

…the telly guys had to cut it short. Why?

  9. Mayen Naidoo says:

I hope Muzi rides Hawaam to victory in the July that will be real transformation for KZN
