Hollywoodbets Racing Ambassador Anthony Delpech suggests that Wednesday’s Sha Tin card is a tough one.

“It’s very difficult racing  which takes place on the all weather track, not turf, and the going will be wet and slow.”

    Surely the Tote could set up betting and exotics on HK racing.Was there a problem I missed here?

    Chris,what really,really is your question?Are you saying the Tote should be able to set up betting and exotics on Hong Kong Racing.
    Are you just confused about where Sha Tin and Happy Valley race courses are?
