Jimmy The Rich writes that Mike de Kock saddles the exciting prospect Desert Miracle in Race 5.

She was super-impressive when winning the Gr2 Zulu Kingdom Explorer Golden Slipper last time. Despite racing wide around the turn, she took the lead at the 400m mark and quickened away from the opposition in fine fashion.

The daughter of Dynasty returns from a 14-week break which may have done her the world of good. She has a lot of class about her and should notch up the hat-trick.

Fire Flower can give the De Kock stable a double on the card in Race 6. She was running on well over 1600m on this course last time.

She has won once and finished third three times from six starts over this distance.

The 5yo mare meets a similar type of field this afternoon and with regular rider Kabelo Matsunyane in the saddle, she can return to winning ways.

The false rail is 8m on the back straight and bend with a 8mm spur at the 500m
