Robert Khathi rides Daddy’s Jet in race 2 today (Pic – Candiese Lenferna)

Daddy’s Jet from the Nathan Kotzen takes her place in Race 2 and she is the best bet on the programme.

She produced a promising debut effort over this course and distance. The manner in which she finished off her race that day was encouraging.

The daughter of Flying The Flag would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should be the horse to beat.

Michael Roberts saddles Northern Warrior in Race 7. He stayed on when fifth over 1000m at Hollywoodbets Greyville last time. Two of his three career victories have come over this distance.

Rachel Venniker steps back into the saddle and she takes the 1.5kgs off his back. On best form shown, he should find himself in the winner’s enclosure.

Please note that C Ngcobo will not be riding today.
