Listed Lady’s Slipper Stakes At Fairview

The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 14h15

Fairview Racecourse plays host to an eight-race programme on the turf today.

The feature race of the day is the Listed Lady’s Slipper Stakes.

The first race is due off at 12h30.

Callan Murray rides Crystal Stream in Race 5 today

Alan Greeff sends out Sound Check in Race 7 which is the main event on the day. She was ultra-impressive when winning her last start over this course and distance.

The manner in which she drew away from the opposition was eye-catching.

The daughter of Global View looks to have plenty of ability and should notch up her fourth career victory in a row.

Crystal Stream from the Juan Nel takes her place in Race 5. Her last two starts over 2200m on the polytrack have been good.

The daughter of Just As Well has won once and finished third once from five starts over this distance.

She is the best weighted runner in this contest and with Callan Murray in the saddle, she may be the one to beat.

The false rail is 3m of zero to the 1200m mark, increasing to 7m to the 300m mark with an 8m spur.
