Gold Circle AGM Now in January

Annual meeting postponed by a month

The Gold Circle Annual General Meeting of the Company and Racing Clubs will take place on Wednesday, 12 January 2011, and not in early December as previously scheduled.

This will allow all candidates wishing to stand for election time to lodge their nomination forms and to conform to the requirements of the various Articles and Constitutions in this regard.

Whilst this is a departure from the tradition of holding the Annual General Meetings in the early part of December each year, the constitutions allow for the Company and the Clubs to have these meetings in January as it is still within the prescribed six months period after the financial year-ends.
