The jackpot of four Gr1 1200m speed contests on the Golden Horse Sprint raceday at Hollywoodbets Scottsville in Pietermaritzburg celebrates its 60th year on Saturday.
The feature fields declared on Monday and the card is headed by the R500 000 Gr1 Golden Horse Sprint.

Also on the programme is the R500 000 Gr1 SA Fillies Sprint, brought to you by The Witness, and the individual sex 2yo features of the R400 000 Gr1 Gold Medallion and the Gr1 Allan Robertson Championship.
The four Gr1 races have drawn the best South African sprinters to Pietermaritzburg where the toughest challenge, the uphill finish of Hollywoodbets Scottsville’s 1200m straight turf track, awaits them.
