Racing takes place at Hollywoodbets Scottsville this afternoon and nine races are carded.

The first is due off at 11h55.

Trainer Justin Snaith saddles Jazzbella – possibly the best bet on the card (PIc – Candiese Lenferna)

Justin Snaith saddles Jazzbella in Race 4 and she is the best bet on the card. She ran a good race when finishing third on debut over 1200m. She was slow into stride, but the manner in which she finished off her race was eye-catching.

It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. The daughter of Master Of My Fate would have gained from the experience and will love the extra furlong on offer. With the natural progression that is expected, she should take a power of beating.

Sweet Symphony from the Mike Miller takes her place in Race 7. She showed some signs of needing her comeback run over this course and distance last time.

The daughter of Twice Over takes a big drop in class and will strip a much fitter horse. Her best form has been under Serino Moodley and if jumping on terms, she can return to winning ways.

Jockey M Mjoka will not be riding today.

Apprentice D Geerthsen has ridden his 20th winner and will now claim 2.5kg.
