Louis Has Four Good Rides Today

First race at Fairview is off at 12h15

Racing in the Windy City takes place at Fairview Racecourse on the polytrack and eight races are carded.

The first race is off at 12h15

Jockey Luyolo Mxothwa had a full book of rides with a couple of decent winning chances, but due to flight complications he will only take up his last four engagements. They could all be worth following.

  • Vegas Gold(5)
  • Cane Lime ‘N Soda(6)
  • Miss Millstream(7)
  • Var’s Boy(8)

Indy View from the Sharon Kotzen stable should give punters a good start to the day. He moved up like a winner over 1600m last time, but was outrun late by Matsuyamo.

The son of Global View drops to 1400m which should suit him well. Mpumelelo Mjoka  takes the ride and the combination can go one better.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Cliffie Miller saddles Naval Secret in the lucky last. He ran a good race when finishing fourth in his local debut over 1300m on this course.

He has won once and finished third twice from seven starts over this distance. He does have the widest draw to overcome, but has early gate speed and should get across without using up too much energy.
