Betting Feast On The Menu

Pick 6 carryovers to play for

TAB horseracing and soccer customers can look forward to a carryover feast over the next two weekends.

A belated Champions Day takes centre stage at Turffontein this Saturday with a blockbuster nine-race programme that is headed by the Grade 1 World Sports Betting Premier’s Champions Challenge.

Six other features will be run including two Grade 1 events in the Computaform Sprint and the HSH Princess Charlene Empress Club Stakes.

The racing will be straight out of the top drawer and TAB is adding lustre to the afternoon with three carryovers, including a R500,000 add-in to the Pick 6 pool that should generate a total net pool of some R3 million.

The Quartet pool on the Empress Club Stakes gets a R100,000 carryover boost, as does the first of two Jackpool pools on the meeting.

The quality action continues on Sunday with another seven feature races at Hollywoodbets Greyville, notably the Daily News 2000, the Woolavington 2000 and the Hollywoodbets Gold Challenge.

Three TAB pools at the meeting will be boosted by carryovers, notably the Pick 6 that starts with a R250,000 add-in.

Big-league soccer is back in the UK and Europe, and five TAB soccer pools this weekend kick off with carryovers, including a R1.6-million boost to Sunday’s Soccer 13 pool.

And the carryover feast will continue the following weekend with three carryovers to the big sprint day at Scottsville on Saturday 4 July and four to selected soccer pools.
