Kotzen Holds The Key Today

First race is off 12h00

Hollywoodbets Scottsville plays host to a nine-race programme this afternoon.

Don’t forget about the free to play Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge with the first due off at 12h00.

Golden Tatjana from the Glen Kotzen stable takes her place in the Non-Black Type Farm Sale Stakes.

Kotzen’s Golden Tatjana – looks a tad strong today (Pic – Chase Liebenberg)

She is better than her last start against male company in the Grade 2 Durban Golden Horseshoe. It must be noted that Sandringham Summit has come out and won a Grade 1 since.

The daughter of Erupt takes on weaker company today and with Muzi Yeni in the saddle, she should be hard to peg back.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Peter Muscutt saddles Mr Pigalle in Race 4.

He had to overcome a wide draw over 1500m on this course last time and stayed on to finish fifth. He has won once, finished second once and third twice from eight starts over this distance.

The 6yo gelding takes a drop-in class and from his handy draw of six, he is capable of returning to winning ways.
