Mailbag: E-Cape Burger Has It All

In the SP No. 1687 (17/12-19/12) Die Burger is mentioned a few times as a publication that did not give the victory of JJ The Jet Plane in Hong Kong any coverage. This will certainly confuse readers of the Eastern Cape edition of Die Burger. Thank you for allowing me to just clarify that it was probably the Western Cape edition that was refered to in the SP.

The morning after JJ The Jet Plane’s victory the Eastern Cape edition carried a front page story with photo and also another report with photo on our racing page. We also had posters in the streets of the Friendly City, birthplace of that great jockey, Striker Strydom!
