Racing At Kenilworth Today

First race is off at 12h05

Nine races are carded at Kenilworth this afternoon. Featured are the second legs of the respective sex Winter Series, with the running of the Gr3 World Sports Betting Legal Eagle Stakes and the Listed World Sports Betting Stormsvlei Stakes.

The first is due off at 12h05.

Camille Claudel from the Candice Bass-Robinson yard is the best bet on the programme. She has produced two good second place finishes to date. She was running on nicely over 1000m last time, but found one too good in the form of Miss Marguerite.

Unless one of the unraced horses have quality about them, she should take a power of beating.

Irish Wildflower from the Eric Sands stable may be the horse to close off the meeting.

She took on much stronger in the Listed World Sports Betting Sweet Chestnut Stakes last time. Her penultimate run was over a distance short of her best and against stronger company.

The daughter of Flower Alley takes a drop in class. Her best form has been under Richard Fourie and she may be the one to side with.

Please note that jockey Anthony Andrews is not riding today.
