It is bucketing down at Ascot in advance of Day 4 today with a track inspection planned.
There are three options currently open at the moment.
1) Racing goes ahead as planned today (inspection 13h45)
2) Racing goes ahead on the straight course with a five-race card including the Coronation Stakes moved to the straight track (two lost races rescheduled to tomorrow)
3) Racing is abandoned today and there will be a 10-race card tomorrow including the Coronation Stakes, Commonwealth Cup and King Edward VII Stakes
If option three is activated, all ten races will be shown on ITV. Provisional Order of Running:

If option two is activated, the nine-race card will be shown on ITV (UK viewers) and the exact order of running will follow.
