ML Jet Lands In Mauritius

M L Jet and Rampant Ice are the best of the lot, with both horses having a rating of 102

The first batch of new horses for the 2016 season arrived in Mauritius from South Africa on Saturday afternoon.

Of the 18 horses, 8 of them are three years-old, while 4 of them are four years-old.

Gilbert Rousset’s yard has the most horses with 6, while the yard of Rameshwar Gujadhur is reinforced with 4 new arrivals.

On paper, M L Jet and Rampant Ice are the best of the lot, with both horses having a South African rating of 102.

All 18 horses will spend 20 days at Quarantine at Palma, before joining their respective yards.

They are as follows:

  1. Rousset : Lecture D, Dawn Raid, The Deacon, Ready For Take Off, In The Trenches, Argun.
  2. Perdrau : Trackmaster, League Of Legends.
  3. Gujadhur : M L Jet, Mootahadee (AUS), Cosmic Code, Midnight Intruder.
  4. M. Henry : Rampant Ice, Allenby Park (AUS).
  5. Allet : Buffalo Trip, Barnstable.
  6. Narang : Jiggery Pokery, Aware.
