It is an early start to racing with the first race due off at 11h50.

Jimmy The Rich writes that Johan Janse van Vuuren sends Lady Of Steel to take her place in the Listed KRA East Coast Cup which is Race 6 on the card.

She ran a good race when finishing third in the Gr 1 HSH Princess Charlene Of Monaco Empress Club Stakes.

The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight finished third over this course and distance in the Gr1 Woolavington 2000 last year. She jumps from pole position today and should be too good for this field.

Alyson Wright saddles Shampompo Shampizi in Race 3. He followed up his debut win with a decent fourth-place finish.

He raced from a handy position that day and may not have seen out the 1400m at this stage of his career.
