Suspension: G Figueroa

The National Horseracing Authority confirms that Jockey Guillermo Figueroa was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.7, in that as the rider of COURAGE, he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to CAESOUR’S HEIGHTS at approximately the 300 metre mark in Race 7 at the Vaal Racecourse on 14 December 2010.

Mr Figueroa signed an Admission of Guilt and he has been suspended from riding in race meetings for a period of one week from 22 December to 28 December 2010, both days inclusive.
