Chad Schofield rode his first winner in England when leading all the way on Imtiyaaz to score at Bath’s evening meeting on Friday
Australian jockey will complete a three-month riding stint with trainer Ed Dunlop in Newmarket.

Chad Schofield will ride Sweynesse in Australia’s richest weight-for-age race on Saturday. His riding tactics will be totally different to what he successfully employed in the Cox Plate last year when he led throughout on the then-maiden Shamus Award to record a shock win
Schofield returned to the saddle on Caulfield Cup day after serving a controversial improper riding suspension but he has a chance to atone aboard Godolphin three-year-old Sweynesse in the Cox Plate.
