Trainer Justin Snaith sends out Lowveld Lily in Race 2. She ran a good race on debut over 1100m on this course.

She took time to find her feet, but the way she stayed on at the finish was encouraging.

The daughter of Legislate would have gained from the experience and she will love the rise to 1200m.

With the natural improvement that is expected, she should be the one to beat.

Oni San from the Vaughan Marshall stable takes her place in Race 8. Her last three starts have been decent.

She was slow into stride over 1400m last time but stayed on to finish fourth. The daughter of Danon Platina may be at home over 1500m.

If getting away to a clean start from barrier two, she can return to winning ways.
