The Board of Directors of 4Racing have announced the appointment of Patrick Duff as their new CEO to replace Fundi Sithebe with immediate effect.
A communication addressed to the Highveld racing operator’s team states that Duff has been a key figure in the 4Racing business for several years in the property management and stakeholder relations sphere.
It is said that Duff has a proven track record in business turnaround and development with a sharp focus on driving sustainable growth and unlocking new opportunities.
His expertise in revitalizing businesses and building strategic partnerships will be instrumental as the next phase of 4Racing’s journey is charted.
4Racing confirmed in March of this year that Fundi Sithebe had decided to step down as CEO.
“After dedicating herself fully to the role for four challenging years, the increasing demands on her time and personal life have led her to reassess her career direction,” added the statement.
Ms Sithebe was the first Chief Executive Officer of 4Racing and took over the role on 1 June 2021.
