The Gold Circle AGM is the place to raise issues and not a forum such as the Sporting Post.
That was the message contained in a comment posted in response to a frank letter from KZN owner and Gold Circle Member, Clint Larsson, published under ‘Gold Circle Must Be Accountable’ in our weekend issue (#SP 2205 – page 12).
The letter from Mr Larsson – read here – was a rare example of a person with vested interests being willing to put their name forward and ask relatively straightforward questions and express frustrations with the obvious lack of communication and clarity from the racing operator.

The Sporting Post submitted Mr Larsson’s letter to Gold Circle upon receipt and advised them of our print deadlines. While no response or acknowledgement was received, our open invitation to provide them with a platform to respond and clear the air, remains opens.
