Hollywoodbets Durban July – First Log Published

Countdown to Saturday 1 July

Automatic qualifiers occupy the top five places on the 2023 Hollywoodbets Durban July Log published on Monday by Gold Circle.

Topping the log is Splashout Cape Derby winner, See It Again, who is also the 6/1 ante-post favourite for South Africa’s premier horse race to be run for R5-million on Saturday 1 July.

The 20 horses, including two reserves, are listed in preferred order and is a clear indication of who would line up in the 2023 Hollywoodbets Durban July if the race were to be run tomorrow.

However, there are still several key races to be contested over the next month, with opportunities for horses outside the top twenty to make the final cut.
