KZN Racing Sunday – Cautionary

Decision on Sunday morning

The Greyville Hollywoodbets meeting on Friday was abandoned, and there is a possibility that tomorrow’s scheduled meeting in the KZN Capital City of Pietermaritzburg will be switched to the Durban track.

Two horses will be galloped on the Hollywoodbets Greyville turf and polytrack surfaces at 07h00 on Sunday morning.

At 11h00 today, the Hollywoodbets Greyville average penetrometer reading was 26, while at the corresponding time, Hollywoodbets Scottsville was 33 .

So the outlook for racing on the Hollywoodbets Greyville turf is quite positive, with the weather forecast in Durban at 26 degrees.

However, should all the tracks not be raceable, the meeting will be postponed to Wednesday 9 December at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.
