Let It Be Said (Richard Fourie) takes his place in Race 8 (Pic – Chase Liebenberg)
Trainer Justin Snaith sends out Let It Be Said in Race 8. He has very good consistent form lines to his credit.
He over raced in the early stages of the Gr3 Variety Club Mile and stayed on to finish second.
It must be noted that Garrix has come out and won again since. He has won once and finished second once from as many starts over this course and distance.
If Ridgemont-sponsored Jockey Richard Fourie can switch him off early, he should notch up his fourth career victory.
Circumbendibus from the Glen Kotzen stable may be the horse to close off the meeting.
He should have finished closer to the winner last time as he had to be steadied late.
He has won once, finished second once and third once from six starts over this course and distance.
With a bit of luck in running, he can return to winning ways.
