The charismatic Brit, fresh off a sensational Gr1 victory with Attenborough in the Computaform Sprint on Champions Day, looks to be building a winning affinity with the progeny of the smashingly handsome first season sire son of Jet Master.
It was just four months ago that JR saddled Master Of My Fate’s first winner – Twist Of Fate winning on his L’Ormarins Queen’s Plate Festival Day One debut.
On Sunday at Kenilworth – far from any glitz and glamour or madding crowds – the Favour Stud bred colt rattled off a third career win from his five starts, with a sustained finish under topweight.
The colts’ feature hosted ten runners, with plenty of dogs barking about the upward potential of a good few of them.
But after his stablemate Arabian Air and the pacy Sailor Sam had showed the way down the middle inside, Bernard Fayd’herbe brought Twist Of Fate through to challenge and he went on to a smart win by a neck in 72,31 secs.

His stablemate, impressive debut winner Arabian Air, obviously needs further and stayed on well for second.
Glen Kotzen’s’ Crown Guardian, who also won on debut and may need more, edged out the frustrating to follow Snaith maiden Frank Lloyd Wright, who must surely win very soon, into fourth.
Owned by the Mauritius-based River Palace Syndicate, the Favour Stud-bred Twist Of Fate is out of the twice winning Counter Action mare, Crescent Lily, a winner of the Listed Breeders Guineas at Fairview.
He looks very well bought at R20 000 off the CTS March Yearling Sale.
