Quickmix- Dividend Jumps From R11 To R3694

TAB Apologises

An unprecedented software glitch generated an incorrect payout for Jackpot Quickmix 2 on 11 November.

In a media release issued on 21 November, TAB state that corrective action has been taken to prevent a recurrence.

The payout should have been R3 694.

TAB accountholder balances will be automatically adjusted, while affected retail customers are requested to lodge a claim in the normal way or contact TAB Customer Care on 0861 444 822.

TAB apologises to customers for any inconvenience arising from the glitch.
