Racing At Fairview Today

Eight races on the polytrack today

An eight-race programme is set for Fairview Racecourse on the polytrack this afternoon.

The first is due off at 12h20 and the lucky last is scheduled for 16h25.

Line Of Power from the Alan Greeff stable takes his place in Race 6 and he is the best bet on the card.

He was running on strongly when finishing third over this distance on the turf last time. It must be noted that Storm Chaser has come out and won again since. He is unbeaten from three starts over this course and distance. He is expected to be ridden from off the pace and will be mowing down the frontrunners.

Trainer Alan Greeff will be looking to close off the meeting on a positive note in the lucky last with Que Cosas.

She finished 1 length behind Princess Of Winter last time. She is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

She has won once, finished second once and third once from as many starts over this course and distance.

She is drawn wide once again but with a bit of luck in running, she can notch up her third career victory.
