Investigation whether Phumelela has failed to comply with, or has contravened any term of condition of its licences, or the terms of the Gauteng Gambling Act
On 9 October the Gauteng Gambling Board issued an interim order to the effect that Phumelela is required to make the Tellytrack channel available to all bookmakers at the 2013 price plus an inflation adjustment
The Gauteng Gambling Board have taken a resolution to hear Phumelela’s application to amend their Licence Conditions and adjudicate the dispute between them and the Gauteng Off Course Bookmakers Association
