An intriguing WFA contest gets the Highveld feature season under way at Turffontein on Saturday
We’ve labelled him mercurial. We’ve suggested he is enigmatic. He may even be something of an equine Jekyll and Hyde. But there is no denying Link Man’s capabilities on the track when on song.
With a weight range of a mere half kilo separating top and bottom weights, we should really side with the class and go with Chesalon or Snowdon. But the strong galloping Silvano gelding Golden Crest may catch them all napping…
