The Gold Circle KZN chapter board has voted to re-instate harness racing following a three month sabbatical. HRSA chairman Dean Latimer said that the next harness race is now programmed to be run at Clairwood on Sunday 19th December. “This is great news and a pragmatic decision which secures us with racing venues for a 12 month minimum period.”
