We are informed that Tellytrack are working on the sound issues currently being experienced by users of the local racing live feed from Hollywoodbets Greyville.
The problem, which includes a time lag between the picture and the sound, has persisted over the past few months and has been taken up after complaints from readers.
Phumelela International Operations & Tellytrack Executive Lance J.F. Smith CA(SA) told the Sporting Post on 19 November 2021 that an investigation has revealed that the equipment used to ensure the synchronisation of the picture and the sound was damaged by the power problems ‘we have all been experiencing’ and this damage has necessitated constant resetting of the equipment.
“I have requested that the equipment be replaced ASAP,” he concluded.
