Top Class!

Winning Form & Sporting Post
I cannot praise these guys enough! Dealing with them is always a pleasure and so easy and organised. Due to us having some 140 guests at our picnic site on Emerald day, we sent a simple mail to them requesting some extra copies of both for our guests on the day.

With the hectic schedule during the week before, I completely forgot about my request. Having dealt with so many in racing who are, generally either useless, clueless or nonchalant, I was pleasantly surprised when a large box arrived, on schedule at the exact destination, as per my original, single mail!

Not only did the Winning Form and Sporting Post copies arrive, but also some Winning Form caps too, compliments of the teamz!

I have made no secret of the fact that Winning Form is my formguide of choice, for many years now. I will remain a customer of theirs for as long as their formguide is on offer. As for Sporting Post, let’s face it – that is the core publication of Racing and Racing news.

So, to all of the staff at Sporting Post and Winning Form, THANK YOU !

Ironically, it was a colt which provided Alan with a first Gr1 success, this being Alec and Gillian Foster’s homebred Cereus, who landed the 2001 Gold Cup at Hollywoodbets Greyville, his victory completing a momentous double on the day, with the Gr2 Golden Slipper having gone the way of juvenile filly Tatler, a great-great-great grandaughter of Sun Lass!
