First is off at 11h35

4Racing have announced new race times for the Turffontein racemeeting moved from today to Monday.

This means a possible local double-header with the Hollywoodbets Scottsville programme, which itself was originally carded last week.

The Highveld racing operator advised on Saturday that they were confident that, provided there is no further rainfall, the meeting will proceed on Monday but that it was important to note that the Inside Track at Turffontein and the Vaal Classic track have drained more effectively than the Standside Track.

In the event of additional rainfall today (Sunday), an alternative option could be to move the meeting to one of these tracks on Monday.

There has been no official track and weather information published.

New times as follows:

  • Race 1 – 11h35
  • Race 2 – 12h10
  • Race 3 – 12h45
  • Race 4 – 13h20
  • Race 5 – 14h00
  • Race 6 – 14h35
  • Race 7 – 15h10
  • Race 8 – 15h45
  • Race 9 – 16h20
  • Race10 -16h55

Kindly note that Rachel Venniker will take up her engagements at Hollywoodbets Scottsville and will thus be replaced on her Turffontein rides.
