Public Holiday Racing At Hollywoodbets Kenilworth

First race is off at 12h30

A currently overcast Hollywoodbets Kenilworth plays host to a nine-race public holiday programme this afternoon.

Don’t forget about the free to play Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge with the first due off at 12h30.

Sporting Post-sponsored Louis Mxothwa – rides Dubbelosix today (Pic – Chase Liebenberg)

Dubbelosix from the Brett and James Crawford stable takes his place in Race 7.

He stayed on when fourth over this distance at Hollywoodbets Durbanville last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since.

He finished second in his only attempt over this course and distance. The son of Vercingetorix is in a good space and he may be the one to beat.

Trainer Candice Bass-Robinson sends out Winter Rainfall in Race 8 and she represents decent each way value.

She should have finished closer last time as she had no luck in running.

The daughter of What A Winter would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter.

JP van der Merwe is booked to ride which is a big plus. With a bit of luck in running, she may be the one to cause the upset.

Muzi Yeni is riding at the postponed Hollywoodbets Greyville racemeeting today and has been replaced on his mounts.
