NHA AGM Minutes – Only After Board Meeting
I note that the minutes of the 2024 AGM are still not available to the public. I am reliably informed that commitments to supply previous NHA Board meetings minutes were made at the AGM. This commitment has not been honoured. This type of behaviour from the NHA is not new and similar commitments to divulge information were not honoured previously. The breakdown of top management travel expenses was queried before and If they were divulged, perhaps subsequent financial indiscretions would not have occurred. Mr. Editor perhaps you would be so kind as to enquire why the NHA and particularly the Board have not divulged the Barends indiscretion to their members, and why this financial transgression is not mentioned in any of their annual reports following his departure?
Expect the minutes to be released after the Peter case is heard next month. This is an organisation bereft of
