Excited owner Deshini Harry has planned to proudly celebrate receiving her silks by hosting an event on Saturday 15 October.

She has invited all her girlfriends to the party, which will be held in the Elevation room at Turffontein. The passionate Desh calls it a day to celebrate the majesty of the horse, and her bravery, passion, and hard work!
“In such a male-dominated sport, this sort of event is definitely encouraged. The main goal is to get more people involved in racing – like it was when I was a teen,” reflects the enthusiastic new owner.
