Arqana Record Turnover

Day 2 continues today

The opening day of the 2017 Arqana Breeding Stock sale saw buoyant trade in the Deauville sales ring which materialized in a record-setting turnover for this session.

With a larger offer than in previous years, 175 mares, fillies and foals sold for a cumulated €21,593,000, a whopping 47% rise from last year’s opening session, while the average price increased 13% to €123,389.

The clearance rate also progressed at 81%.
