The Cape Guineas was jockey Grant Behr’s first Gr1 win and he partners the big grey son of Pomodoro, Russian Rock, once again on Saturday.
Trainer Dean Kannemeyer has won the big race thrice previously and he sends out the Guineas winner and the progressive Legitimate in Saturday’s Jonsson Workwear Gr1 Cape Derby.
