Racing South Africa, the competition host, will provide a list of horses that are thought to be campaigning in KZN during Champions Season. Only horses from this list are eligible.

Wildo One Gold Cup head on

The list is expected to be available by Monday 11 April which will give entrants four weeks to do their homework. To the best of its knowledge, Racing South Africa will attempt to keep players informed of horses that are NOT participating for whatever reason.

For the first time, ONLINE entrants will be offered a FREE BONUS entry for every 5 entries submitted. In other words, the sixth entry is absolutely free! In the future, with increasingly easy access to the internet, this competition will be run online only.

Apart from improved administration, the main advantage is that it will allow for a substitution phase to be introduced which removes the current frustration of popular horses not participating.

July presentation

Apart from the grand prize of R100 000, there is also the very popular stand-alone prize of R20 000 for the entry that earns the most points on Vodacom Durban July Day only.
