Domeyer Set To Dazzle At Durbanville

Off time is 13h40 - weather is good!

Durbanville plays host to an eight-race programme this afternoon. Aldo Domeyer has a full book of rides with some decent winning chances and he is the jockey to follow.

The first is due off at 13h20.

Oscar’s Winner from the Andre Nel yard takes her place in Race 4 and she is the best bet on the card. She was ultra-impressive when winning her last start over this distance at Kenilworth. The manner in which she quickened up and drew away from the opposition was eye-catching.

The daughter of Querari won her maiden on this course. She clearly has class about her and should take a power of beating.

Trainer Paul Reeves saddles Bonanza in the lucky last and he represents decent each way value. His last start can be ignored as he was reported to be lame on his left front leg.

It must be noted that Double Charge has come out and won again since. He won his maiden over this course and distance.

The son of Soft Falling Rain has ability and if keeping on a straight line, he should be the one to beat.

Please note that Keagan de Melo is not riding today.
