Fallon coming to the party … eventually?

In the face of the debacle of the new whip rule instituted by the BHA, Kieren Fallon has suggested that jockeys should be immune from punishment.
Rather, those horses whose jockeys who have exceeded the recommended amount of times a horse can be hit in a furlong, should be simply disqualified.
Is Fallon saying that trainers and owners are putting jockeys under undue pressure to win the race?
I fancy the idea as it will force the hand of trainers to be more transparent to the betting public about their runners who can’t win. On too many occasions trainers ‘duck’ the issue of informing all that their charge will ‘need the run’ or is having a ‘prep run’ for a future target.
If you have been in the game many years or are connected to a few stables, you are privy to this type of crucial information, unlike a new racing enthusiast.
Disqualify all horses in a race that are been hit excessively, it will be a ‘first’ when your selection for a race who finished sixth gets promoted to the Number 1 box ….Justice for ALL
