French Win For Remarkable SAF Bred Star

Tiza

The South Africa bred, Tiza, scored 13th career victory in France yesterday. He picked up a 1100 metres handicap at Fountainebleau. The veteran son of Goldkeeper is now 10 years old, and he is a further tribute to the soundness and toughness of South African breds. Tiza has won seven pattern races including three in France.

The toughness and talent that is Tiza is underlined by his remarkable record. He has won or placed in no fewer than 21 group/feature races in all of South Africa, France, Dubai and Germany.

Tiza, who was bred by Daytona Stud, is currently owned by Jean-Claude Seroul.

He has a half sister, by red hot sire Trippi, on offer at the 2012 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale. She looks to be one of the star lots on sale. To view pedigree click here.
