Golfing great Gary Player’s the Gary Player Stud Farm (Pty) Ltd has an exceptional draft on offer at the National Two Year Old Sale which starts on Thursday.

The Colesberg based farm will offer 16 juveniles (and another lot as agent) at the 2016 National Two Year Old Sale, and they are very much a vendor to pay heed to!

Top class racehorses reared and bred by the Gary Player Stud Farm include former Equus Champion Lady Windermere, Derby winner and Gr1 Vodacom Durban July runner up Superwood, Gr2 winner Sangria Girl, SA Derby hero Kadarko, and Gr1 winning 2yo World Over.

Another high class runner bred by the stud is Saratoga Dancer, who put up a smart performance to finish a close up fifth in this year’s Vodacom Durban July.

The Gary Player Stud Farm has an exceptional draft of 2yos on offer at this sale –and include lots by such outstanding and popular stallions as Go Deputy, Jay Peg, Judpot, Ideal World, Pathfork, Philanthropist, and Seventh Rock, as well six juveniles by their resident sire, and dual Guineas winner, Noordhoek Flyer.

The farm will also offer buyers a chance to acquire juveniles from the first crops of such outstanding racehorses as Twice Over and What A Winter.

Buyers will have an added incentive to purchase horses from the 2016 National Two Year Old Sale –  buyers will be able to qualify their purchases for one of two R1 000 000 races, set to be held at Scottsville next August. These two races, one for fillies and the other for males, are open only for graduates of this sale and each race will be handicapped by the individual price of the BSA graduate entered.
