Sales Company Reduce Fees

In a welcome move for vendors and buyers alike, Bloodstock South Africa has announced commissions and sales costs will be slashed for 2018.

A full breakdown is listed below:-

Cape Yearling Sale

25 February 2018

Entry Fee: Nil
Acceptance Fee: R2,500
Sales Commission: 7%
Reserve Commission: 5%

Entries close 15 October 2017

National Yearling Sale

24, 25 & 26 April 2018 

Session One

Entry Fee: R3,500
Acceptance Fee: R2,500
Sales Commission: 8%
(7% over R500,000)
Reserve Commission: 5%

Session Two

Entry Fee: R2,000
Acceptance Fee: R2,000
Sales commission: 7%
(6% over R300,000)
Reserve commission: 5%

Entries close 1 November 2017

 

KZN Yearling Sale

5 & 6 July 2018

Entry Fee: R1,400
Acceptance Fee: R1,900
Sales Commission: 7%
Reserve Commission: 5%

National Two-Year-Old Sale

16 & 17 August 2018 

Entry Fee: R1,750
Acceptance Fee: R2,000
Sales Commission: 7%
Reserve Commission 5%
