Saturday’s Gr1 Horse Chestnut Stakes runner-up Nother Russia heads an entry of 14 for the R1 million HSH Princess Charlene Gr1 Empress Club Stakes to be run at weight-for-age over the Turffontein standside mile on Saturday 21 April.

Nother Russia took champion miler Legal Eagle all the way to the wire in the HF Oppenheimer Gr1 Horse Chestnut Stakes last Saturday and will be cherry ripe at her third run after a rest as she bids to defend her 2017 title in this contest.
Supplementary entries close at 09h00 on Monday 16 April.
Declarations are due by 11h00 on Tuesday 17 April.
