Vaal Saturday moves to Turffontein inner track

Following gallops and a track inspection by various interested parties, a decision has been made to postpone the scheduled WSB Grand Heritage and WSB Heritage Consolation to Saturday 13 October.

The remaining races scheduled at the Vaal this Saturday will now be held on the Turffontein Inner track.

Speaking on Tellytrack on Tuesday, Clyde Basel said: “It was felt that the track is close but not quite there yet. So to avoid any possibility of problems arising after a few races had been run on Saturday, we have decided to postpone.”
