Hollywoodbets Extends Dundalk Sponsorship

Leading SA brand partners with Irish race venue

Hollywoodbets has announced the extension of its sponsorship with Dundalk Stadium for another 3 months to 31 March 2021, which will cover all 17 Dundalk race meetings from January to March 2021.

Included in this sponsorship will be the naming rights for races during the period, as well as the feature race meeting scheduled for 5 March 2021, where the headline event is the listed Patton Stakes – one of seven legs in the European Road to the Kentucky Derby series.

“We are delighted that Hollywoodbets has decided to extend its sponsorship here at Dundalk Stadium. We believe the partnership has been fantastic and we are thankful for their continued support of Irish Racing,” said Jim Martin, CEO Dundalk Stadium.

Hollywoodbets, the South African based Horse Racing and Sports Betting operator, recently licensed its brand to operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and secured its footing in the Emerald Isle by partnering with the all-weather racecourse.

Awareness of the Hollywoodbets’ brand has increased significantly in Ireland through the sponsorship, and the partnership has also seen an increase in turnover on Dundalk racing in South Africa.

The goal will to be carry this momentum into the new year, and hopefully take the sponsorship even further once punters and fans are allowed to return to the track.
