Hollywoodbets Durban July Stepping Stone Attracts 23 Entries

Final field on Tuesday 7 May

A full 20 of the 23 entries for this year’s World Sports Betting 1900 due to be run at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Saturday 11 May are among the first nominations for the Hollywoodbets Durban July, including exciting 3 year old Green With Envy, and the dark horse in the race, Mucho Dinero.

Champion Trainer Justin Snaith took the same route with July hero Belgarion in 2020, and there is no doubt that Mucho Dinero will find the 1900m more to his liking than his KZN debut over a mile recently.

The highest rated horse entered is also from the powerful Justin Snaith stable, in Without Question who ran third in the WSB Cape Town Met in his last start and is another of the Nick Jonsson owned horses who will have the Hollywoodbets Durban July firmly in his sights this season.

The Final Field for the World Sports Betting 1900 will be announced on Tuesday 7 May.
