R1,6 Million Pick 6 Guaranteed Today

3rd leg - Hollywoodbet's Sizzling Summer Challenge

Racing returns to the capital of KwaZulu-Natal today with a nine race programme at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.

The first of nine races is off at 12h20 with the R1,6 million guaranteed Pick 6 jumping in the fourth at 14h05.

With Hollywoodbets paying a 10% top-up bonus for all winning pick 6 tickets taken on course one can be sure that Mariannhill Toll Plaza on the N3 will have a backlog of traffic with Durban racing fanatics rushing up for a piece of the action – especially with the Pick 6 pool guaranteed to reach R1,6 million.

Scottsville which is known for being a sprinters paradise in KZN thanks to its long sprint straight will see four out of the nine races being sprint trips. Over the years, inside draws have been preferred on these trips, but in more recent times it has become fair regardless of the draw you receive.  Those 4 races look open hence the reason our in-house tipsters have gone for the best and value bets on races which around the bend.

Anton Marcus (Pic – Candiese Lenferna)

The Magic Tips Page by PeTeBe best bet comes in the last race with Twice Golden, this son of Twice Over has gone close in his last two starts and with Marcus up he should be able to finally crack his maiden. PeTeBe’s value bet comes in race 7 with Paths Of Victory. Luke Ferraris rides and after his double on Summer Cup day last Saturday, he should definitely be able to get this one into the shake-up.

Jimmy The Rich also went for Anton Marcus as his best bet, but Rich went for him in race 4 on Jackson Wells. This daughter of Jackson ran on well on debut finishing under a length to the winner.  With the natural improvement to come from that run, she looks hard to oppose in this contest. His value bet comes up in race 6 with The Master. The son of Master Of My Fate has his second run after a rest today and should strip much better than his latest when just missing out in second.

This is  also be the third raceday of the KZN Sizzling Summer Challenge.
